Rogue Inspection Services

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 24, 2026

This policy explains what Rogue Inspection Services collects when you book or receive an inspection, and how it's used.

What we collect

Your name, phone number and email; the property's address and details; scheduling information; your inspection agreement; the inspection's findings, photos and report; payment records; and the messages you send us. Card and bank details are handled by our payment processor; we don't store full card or account numbers.

How we use it

To schedule and perform your inspection, send confirmations, reminders, agreements, reports, receipts and answers to your questions, take payment, and improve our service.

Text messages

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. See our Text Message Terms for what we text and how to stop.

Who we share it with

Your real estate agent, when you allow it. Service providers that run our systems (scheduling, text and email delivery, payment processing and file storage), only to provide our service to you. And anyone the law requires. We don't sell personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep inspection records and reports for at least five years, as our professional standards and the law expect, and other information only as long as we need it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, except records we must keep. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, and use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop email.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections and limited staff access.
